Practical Steps to Integrate Rovo and Atlassian Intelligence
While working with product teams and PMOs, we’ve seen different approaches to AI exploration. In short, many of them struggle to move from concepts to practical, day-to-day use of AI that improves visibility, decision-making, and delivery outcomes. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to apply AI within their existing workflows using tools like Atlassian Rovo and Atlassian Intelligence. Through guided, hands-on exercises in Jira, attendees will explore how AI can enhance common PMO activities such as planning, reporting, risk identification, and cross-team alignment, while maintaining governance and human oversight. This session focuses on practical application, showing how to integrate AI into real PMO use cases without replacing critical decision-making, and how to build a scalable foundation for AI-enabled operations. Attendees will be working interactively in Jira during this session. A working familiarity with Jira is recommended to get the most value from the hands-on exercises.
