This Agreement applies to your temporary access to the Jira and Confluence Cloud environment provided by SPK and Associates, LLC (“SPK”) in connection with the conference workshop you are attending. SPK is providing you with temporary access to an Atlassian Cloud environment solely for participation in this workshop. Your access is limited to the workshop activities and is intended for demonstration, training, and educational purposes only.

By signing this Agreement, you agree that:

1. Authorized Use. You will use the environment only for activities related to the workshop and will follow instructions provided by SPK workshop facilitators.
2. Prohibited Activities. You will not intentionally damage, disrupt, disable, compromise, or interfere with the environment, its data, other participants, SPK systems, or connected services. You will not attempt to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized privileges, access another participant’s account, introduce malicious software, or perform security testing without SPK’s written authorization.
3. No Sensitive Data. You will not enter confidential, proprietary, regulated, personally identifiable, or other sensitive information into the workshop environment. Any information entered should be considered demonstration or sample data.
4. Temporary Authorization. Your authorization to access the environment ends at the conclusion of the workshop unless SPK provides written authorization otherwise. You will not attempt to access the environment after your authorized access has ended, even if your credentials continue to function.
5. Responsibility for Misuse. You are responsible for your actions while using the environment. You agree not to knowingly or intentionally take any action that could cause damage, unauthorized access, data loss, service disruption, or additional costs to SPK or others.
Workshop Environment. The environment is provided for demonstration and training purposes and is provided “as is.” SPK does not guarantee that the environment will be continuously available or free from errors during the workshop.
