Steve Kling
Steve Kling, one of the company founders, is SPK’s President. Steve uses his years of experience establishing and growing Hewlett Packard’s Consulting Practice to help SPK deliver exceptional service products. Steve helped HP establish its award-winning Call/Response Center and built HP’sConsulting business in the Western US from the ground up. Those same skills help make SPK successful.
Chris McHale
Chris McHale, also one of the company’s founders, is currently SPK’s Vice President of Account Services. She is responsible for ensuring the quality of all delivery from SPK to its customers. Chris spent years providing technical consulting and support to customers herself, and so is intimately familiar with the IT challenges faced by customers and consultants alike. She is able to add direct technical value to discussions with customers, and is effective leading the Consulting team because of her technical capabilities.
